  1. What cryptocurrencies and blockchains are available? At this alpha launch stage, we offer three cryptocurrencies: ETH, BNB, USDT, USDC, IDRT and Matic. We support the following blockchains: Ethereum (ERC-20), Arbitrum Mainnet, Optimism Mainnet, Binance Smart Chain (BSC-20), and Matic Polygon blockchain. In the future, we plan to integrate more cryptocurrencies and blockchains.

  2. What is the minimum and maximum exchange amount when using Ramps Normies? During the initial stage of this beta launch, we have set the minimum limit to IDR 15,000 and the maximum limit to IDR 7,000,000 per transactions

  3. Why do we need to give out our name as ID? In order for our product to be fully complied with our local legal policies, we have set a certain minimum requirements in order for you to be able to make transactions comfortably. Worry not, those requirements are highly managed by our team and we do not sell those data to third parties. and also, you will only be asked one time to fill them!

  4. What is the benefit of me giving out my name as ID? In return of your name, in beta phase you can now easily create transactions up to 7 Mio/transactions! and you know what? no more maximum limit per account. so, create those transactions as much as you want!

  5. Can I link the same withdrawal destination to multiple accounts? No, a withdrawal destination can only be linked to one account at a time.

  6. Can I add multiple withdrawal destinations to a single account?

    Yes, you can add multiple withdrawal destinations to one account.

  7. How can I use a withdrawal destination that is already linked to another account?

    To use a withdrawal destination that has been used, you need first to remove it from the account that using it. However, each account must have at least one withdrawal destination. If you have only one, you must add another destination before removing the first one.

  8. Canโ€™t remove the withdrawal destination from my account?

    If you have only one withdrawal destination linked to your account, you must add another destination before you can remove the first one.

  9. Is there a limit to the number of withdrawal destinations I can add to my account?

    There is no set limit to the number of withdrawal destinations you can add to your account.

  10. Is it possible to use the same phone number li nked to e-wallets on multiple Web 3 wallets?

    Yes, it is possible to use the same phone number on different Web 3 wallets, but it depends on the specific e-wallets you are using. Here's an example: let's say you have Web 3 Wallet "A" that is linked with DANA using phone number "X". Now, whenever you use Web 3 Wallet "B", you can still add ShopeePay with the same phone number.

  11. Why did I lose my withdrawal destination history?

    We understand that losing your withdrawal destination history can be frustrating.

    For existing users, we had to reset all withdrawal destination history due to new regulations on our product. However, once you add new withdrawal destinations, they will be saved.

  12. What is the limit for checking a bank account? Each wallet address can only check their bank account three times per day.

  13. What transfer methods are supported? Currently, we support bank transfers, virtual accounts, and digital wallet payment methods (Gopay, Ovo via QRIS). We are continuously working to provide more payment options in the near future!

  14. What withdrawal methods are supported? Currently, we support withdrawals directly to a bank account & Digital wallet like OVO, Link Aja, Gopay, dana, and shoppee pay .

  15. How much does it cost to transfer and withdraw? There are several fees that we do charge to our users. They are segregated to: 1. Network Fee The amount of fee charged to users when on-ramp transaction(s) is being done. This covers the gas fee that is being charged to Normies' wallet when a transaction occured. 2. Platform Fee The amount of fee charged to users when creating on/off ramps transaction on our platform, ramps.normi.es. 3. Tax The tax fee that is charged to users accordingly from the legal rules applied (0,22%) For further details of each fee components, you may refer to the table below:

  17. What is the estimated processing time for transfers and withdrawals? The on-ramp process takes less than a minute for the cryptocurrency to enter the wallet. Similarly, the off-ramp process takes less than a minute for the selected bank to receive the withdrawal. However, the actual processing time depends on the blockchain network. If it exceeds the estimated time, please click the report button without hesitation.

  18. What should I do if my transaction has expired? Expired transactions can occur due to non-payment, lack of confirmation, or unsigned prompts. If you believe that you have not done anything to cause your transaction to expire, please get in touch with our Customer Support via Help Chat.

  19. How can I check the status of my transaction? Simply click on your wallet address in the top right corner, and you will be able to view your entire transaction history.

  20. What should I do if there's an error in my transaction? If your transaction fails, you can report the error through the error page or contact our customer support via the Help Chat option.

  21. How can I change the connected wallet? To change the connected wallet, simply click on your wallet address in the right corner. Then, you will see a logout button. Click the logout button so that you can reconnect with a different wallet.

  22. I can't seem to connect my wallet to BSC-20. What should I do? Rest assured! To connect your wallet to the BSC-20 chain, make sure you have your VPN turned on beforehand. If you do not have a VPN, please install one before connecting.

  23. I don't have the RPC of the 5 blockchains. Where can I get them? You can visit https://chainlist.org/ and follow this tutorial to add a new network to your MetaMask.

  24. Can I use a fiat currency other than Rupiah? At the moment, this option is not available. However, we are actively working on developing this feature, and it may become available in the future.

  25. Why am I unable to proceed with my transaction? This could be due to the following reasons:

    • Transaction Limit: You can only have two successful transactions per day per wallet.

    • Total Limit: The total transaction amount is currently limited to Rp16,500,000 (temporarily).

    • Ongoing Transaction: You might have an ongoing transaction that needs to be completed first.

    • Exceeding Maximum/Minimum Amount: Make sure you are within the specified maximum and minimum transaction amounts.

  26. Why am I receiving an estimated amount? Due to the constantly changing cryptocurrency market, the process of transferring and withdrawing may take some time. Therefore, we can only provide you with an estimated amount, which may differ from the actual amount received.

  27. Why can't I click "Transfer Now" and "Withdraw Now"? It looks like there's a bug! You can try clearing your browser's cache and cookies before starting your transaction on Ramps Normies.

  28. I have not paid the QRIS yet, but the pop-up has not appeared. There are two ways to solve this problem. First, you can try refreshing the page to see if the pop-up appears. Second, click on your "ongoing" status, which will direct you to the QRIS page.

  29. Why do I see โ€œUnsupported Networkโ€ in my transaction? There are two reasons why an unsupported network state may appear: First, your Metamask and Normies Network do not match; second, your wallet is disconnected.

  30. Why isn't there an option to connect to a Metamask wallet directly on my mobile device? To connect to your Metamask wallet, you can use Wallet Connect, which offers the option to connect with Metamask.

  31. How to access Ramps Normies via mobile? For a better experience, install a wallet on your mobile device. Then, copy the link URL and paste it into your wallet browser. By accessing Ramps Normies via your wallet browser, you will have a hassle-free experience.

  32. QRIS invoice not appearing? If you choose QRIS as your transfer method but the invoice does not appear in your browser, you can change the pop-up settings and refresh the transaction page. To change the pop-up settings on iOS, open Settings, scroll down and select Safari, then you will find the toggle switch for "Block Pop-ups".

  33. How to connect my Metamask wallet to Ramps Normies? To connect your Metamask wallet, you should have installed Metamask Wallet on your device. Open the Ramps.normi.es in your wallet browser. The Metamask button would appear in Ramps Normies.
