Get to know: Master account

What is Master Account ?

A master account is a central account that allows you to manage multiple wallets and withdrawal accounts. It serves as the primary identification when adding new wallet addresses. Master account also lays the foundation for future features such as membership programs, and loyalty programs, while preparing the platform for scalable growth.

  1. Profile

You can view information about yourself and check which wallet is currently connected. Additionally, you have the option to change your Normies account password for better security and account management

  2. Wallet account

You must connect your wallet to make transactions, but you can access your profile without connecting a wallet. Once connected, the wallet will appear in your profile and will be linked to your master account. You can add multiple wallets, with a maximum of 10 per blockchain type. Each wallet can have a nickname (1-15 alphanumeric characters) or display its wallet address if left empty. A wallet can only be linked to one profile and cannot be removed once connected.

If you attempt to link a wallet that has not been linked before, a confirmation pop-up will notify you that this action is irreversible. If you choose to proceed, you will need to sign the request to complete the process. If the wallet is already linked, no new wallet will be added to the list. Only one wallet can be connected at a time—signing in with a new wallet will automatically disconnect the previous one. Multiple transactions can occur simultaneously as long as they involve different wallets.

  3. Withdrawal account

Withdrawal accounts are now linked to master account instead of a single wallet address. This means you can have multiple wallets under one master account while maintaining access to the same withdrawal accounts. Previously, you could only have one withdrawal account linked to a single wallet address.; now, each withdrawal account is tied to the master account.

You can add, remove, and manage withdrawal accounts freely. A withdrawal account can be deleted without the need to add a new one first. Additionally, now you are able to insert a used withdrawal account from an unlinked wallet to the linked wallet (master account).

All withdrawal accounts saved in a wallet will be automatically migrated once the wallet is linked to the master account. Users can also add withdrawal accounts without connecting their wallet, making management more flexible.

  4. History Transaction

Transaction history is displayed once a wallet is linked, including past transactions. You can filter the history by type (transfer and withdrawal), date (7 days, 30 days, or all time), and wallet, with statuses such as Success, Failed, Expired, Pending, and Canceled. Ongoing transactions remain visible in the master account even if the wallet is disconnected. Additionally, ongoing transactions will appear in the navbar (top right corner).
