DEFINITIONS
Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") is an activity to anticipate and stop money laundering practices.
Bank Account is a bank account that has been entered by the User.
Community Channels include digital communication platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, where users can engage in discussions, access updates, and connect with other members.
Crypto Asset is an intangible commodity in digital form, using cryptography, information technology networks, and distributed ledgers, to organize the creation of new units, verify transactions, and secure transactions without interference from other parties.
Expired Transaction is a transaction that has not been paid for more than the specified time with a transfer time limit of 10 (ten) minutes then the status is changed to Expired.
Fiat is money in IDR Currency.
Intellectual Property Rights are any copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, registered and other designs (registered and unregistered) and other intellectual property rights protected in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Network Fees called transaction fees or gas fees, are fees paid for executing transactions or smart contracts on the blockchain and serve as compensation for miners.
Normies Website refers to the official online platform operated by Normies, accessible via URL https://normi.es/, which provides information about Normies' services, features and offerings.
Off Ramp is the activity of moving or converting "Crypto" in the wallet into "Fiat" to a bank account with a minimum transfer amount of Rp15.000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah) and a maximum of Rp7.000.000.00 (Seven Million Rupiah).
On Ramp is the activity of moving or converting "Fiat" into "Crypto" into a wallet with a minimum amount of Rp15.000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah) and a maximum of Rp7.000.000.00 (Seven Million Rupiah).
Processing Fee is a fee charged to cover the costs associated with payment processing and may vary based on the payment method selected. For transactions that will be charged On Ramp the processing fee is 2% (two percent) and for Off Ramp the processing fee is 2% (two percent).
Transaction History is a section that displays the entire history of transactions made by Users through Normies, both Fiat and Crypto Asset transactions including successful transfers, successful withdrawals, and expired transfers.
Transaction Limits are limits placed on each Wallet Address. This limit applies to both 'on ramp' and 'off ramp' processing.
User (You) is any individual who accesses and interacts with the Normies website and related services.
Wallet address is an address that consists of an alphanumeric string, or a collection of letters and numbers that identifies a specific wallet location on the blockchain.
Withdrawal is the process of withdrawing Rupiah (IDR) from a bank account.
Platform Purpose
Normies presents a platform designed to simplify cryptocurrency transactions for our users. Simplifying the process of buying and selling cryptocurrencies at a low cost so that everyone can participate in this exciting new market. We believe that cryptocurrency has the potential to revolutionize the way we think about money, and we want to help people take advantage of this opportunity.
Acceptance by Terms
By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined here. Normies offers a platform designed for the purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies, with our primary mission being to simplify cryptocurrency transactions for our users.
By using our platform, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions, binding yourself to our goals and principles.
Service Cooperation
In order to facilitate transactions and build a community of Normies users, we have established partnerships with the following entities:
a. Normies uses CoinGecko's API service to retrieve comparative data on the value of cryptocurrencies against other currencies. This helps Normies provide Users with accurate and up-to-date information regarding cryptocurrency exchange rates.
b. Normies use the services of OY! Indonesia as a payment gateway. This allows our users to make payments easily and securely when making transactions on our platform.
c. Normies uses the Qontak service as a Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") system to manage interactions with our users. In addition, the "Need Help" button on our platform is equipped with a live chat feature that allows users to communicate directly with our support team.
Please note that companies or services that are not listed on the Normies platform may be interpreted as not working with Normies. Normies does not provide recommendations for any company including companies that cooperate with Normies. Any decision to use such services is the personal responsibility of each User.
Normies hereby explains that we have no official affiliation with the partners mentioned above. All transactions that occur between Normies users and partner companies are the responsibility of each party and not the responsibility of Normies.
COMPLAINT
User complaints here are related to notification of data breaches and / or if there are problems regarding transactions made by Users. In the event of such problems, the following mechanism must be carried out by the User, among others:
With regard to User complaints, the User has the right to make a notification to Normies with conditions if the User fails to make a transaction by clicking "click here";
The User is directed to fill out a complaint form provided by Normies. The complaint form can be filled directly at https://normi.es/;
We will immediately follow up on the complaint with complaint handling within 1 (one) working day and completion of 3 (three) working days;
If within that period, the User does not get service from Normies, then the User can use the "Need Help" feature on Normies.
TRANSACTION LIMIT
The User hereby agrees to comply with the withdrawal limits both on-ramp and off-ramp applicable to the User and Normies, which in this case applies Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) principles in accordance with the regulations of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, is authorized and has the right not to process transactions that have exceeded the withdrawal limit, which is the amount determined by Normies.
The maximum number of transactions that can be made by Users is Rp7,000,000.00 (Seven Million Rupiah).
This provision ensures clarity and awareness regarding the daily transaction limits associated with a wallet address, providing relevant information to users before and after they approach the specified transaction threshold.

On Ramp
Click "Connect Wallet" and select your preferred wallet. Make sure you have pinned your wallet to your browser.
Choose the cryptocurrency you want.
Choose your preferred transfer method.
Make sure all the required fields in the form are filled in accurately.
For the first transaction, you will be asked to enter your name according to your ID card.
You can complete the transaction.
Off Ramp
Click "Connect Wallet" and select your preferred wallet. Make sure you have pinned your wallet to your browser.
Choose a currency and fill in the formulae.
Enter your withdrawal destination.
For the first transaction, you will be asked to enter your name according to your ID card.
Click "Sign" from the wallet to continue. You can complete the transaction.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Respecting intellectual property rights is a cornerstone of Normies' principles. All aspects of the platform, including its code, content and features, are protected by copyright, trademark and relevant intellectual property laws. It is important to understand your rights and responsibilities in this regard:
Code Ownership and Use
You are not permitted to copy, reproduce or replicate any part of the Normies code without obtaining explicit consent from Normies. The code is a core component of the functionality and uniqueness of our platform, and unauthorized duplication is strictly prohibited.
Limited User Rights
Using the Normies does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights associated with it. No license is granted to you beyond the ability to use the Normies solely for the purpose of initiating transactions facilitated through the platform. This means that you can use the application to conduct transactions, but does not grant you any rights to the intellectual property of the platform.
By using Normies, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the intellectual property rights, including code and other platform components, remain the exclusive property of Normies. Any unauthorized use or replication of these elements may lead to legal consequences.
Prohibited Activity
To ensure a secure and constructive environment for all users, we have established guidelines that outline prohibited activities while engaging with our platform. By using our services, you commit to adhering to these regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Unlawful Transactions Any transactions or actions that violate local, national, or international laws, regulations, or ordinances are strictly prohibited. This includes engaging in illegal activities or facilitating transactions related to illicit goods or services.

Spam and Unsocilited Content Sending unsolicited messages, promotions, or any form of spam to other users is not allowed.
Manipulative Trading Engaging in activities that artificially inflate or manipulate the value of cryptocurrencies.
Violation of Privacy Unauthorized sharing of personal or sensitive information without consent is strictly prohibited.
Violation of Legal Age Restrictions Users must adhere to legal age restrictions in their jurisdiction. Access and use of the platform by minors is not allowed.

Waiver of Liability The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and releases Normies from all responsibility for claims, demands, or losses that may arise and be suffered by the User in the future.
